Executive Director

Mr. Trey Holt, M. Div., LPC, is the Executive Director of Kids 1st. He supervises and oversees the Program Director and the Operations Director. Trey supervises all the programmatic services provided by Kids 1^st and has extensive experience in the provision and supervision of all Kids 1st services.

Trey has been in the psychiatric, mental health & social services fields for more than twenty years. He was previously employed by Luton Mental Health Services, First Hospital Corporation and First Home Care. Trey has been with Kids 1st since 2000 and is the original founder of Kids 1st.

Mr. Trey Holt, M. Div., LPC, is a Licensed Practicing Clinician.

Program Director

Ms. Alison L. Goad, MSW, LCSW, is the Program Director at Kids 1st. Alison supervises all clinical staff (Counselors, Case Managers and Interpreters). Alison is also responsible for hiring, training and programmatic supervision of all clinical staff.

Alison has been in the insurance, mental health & social services fields for more than 10 years. She was previously employed by Magellan Health Services and completed internships with Tennessee Christian Medical Center, Sumner County Board of Education and Union County Alternate High School. Alison has been with Kids 1st since 2003.

Ms. Alison Miller, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Operations Director
Jennie S. Cook is the Operations Director at Kids 1st. Jennie is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of Kids 1st. Jennie supervises all administrative staff, and is responsible for hiring and training all administrative staff. Jennie also handles all administrative supervision of all  programmatic staff (Case Managers and Interpreters).

Jennie has been in the computer and accounting fields for more than 25 years. She was previously employed by Deloitte & Touche, LLC, as a Senior Systems Analyst and Project Leader and at ITT Tech, where she was a professor. Jennie has also owned and operated a successful Management Consulting business.

Ms. Jennie Cook, BA, NP holds a triple major in Computational Sciences (Math, Statistics and Computer Science), with a minor in French. She attended the Vanderbilt University School of Engineering Graduate School for one semester. She is a licensed Notary Public in the state of Tennessee.
